Awj Signs a Strategic Partnership Agreement with the International Academy of Finance and Arbitration – Tunisia
As part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen its regional presence and expand its international partnerships, Awj Financial Consulting, Advisory and Arbitration Company has signed a strategic partnership and cooperation agreement with the International Academy of Finance and Arbitration in the Republic of Tunisia. The agreement aims to develop and implement specialized training and consulting programs in the fields of finance, arbitration, Islamic economics, and human development.
The agreement was signed on Friday, October 24, 2025. The International Academy of Finance and Arbitration was represented by Dr. Hanan Ali Saadeh, Owner, Founder, and General Director, while Dr. Fadi Mahmoud Husni Abu Diak, Owner, Founder, and General Director of Awj, signed on behalf of the company. This milestone reflects both parties' commitment to establishing a sustainable professional partnership that serves individuals and institutions across Palestine, Tunisia, and the wider Arab region.
The agreement provides for the joint development and delivery of specialized training programs, including professional courses, conferences, seminars, workshops, and simulation-based training programs. It also encompasses the exchange of academic and professional expertise, the preparation of research and consultancy services, and collaborative initiatives that keep pace with the rapid developments in Islamic finance, financial arbitration, business administration, and human resource management.
Furthermore, the agreement stipulates the issuance of jointly accredited certificates for participants in the training programs, signed and officially endorsed by both parties. This will enhance the academic and professional value of the programs while contributing to the development of highly qualified Arab professionals in accordance with modern professional standards and sound Shariah principles.
